A Message from the Clerk/Treasurer
I am honored to serve as Clerk/Treasurer for the Village of Kenmore. As Kenmore residents, my family and I have always felt great pride in this community and the many services it provides. The emergency services of our Police and Fire Department cannot be beat, and I am proud to work with such dedicated government officials. Everyone working for the Village is committed to providing the very best service to the Kenmore community.
I have worked for the Village for over 25 years, having previously served as Acting Justice and as Village Attorney. I have enjoyed all of the positions I have held in the Village and feel that this background has afforded me the opportunity to really know and understand the Village government and the community it serves. As part of my job, I am fortunate to work very closely with the Mayor and Board of Trustees, village employees, businesses and residents. We are so lucky to have a municipality where there exists such a strong working relationship between all of these people, who are committed to providing quality service to the community and to making Kenmore a great place to live and work. |
In addition, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Village, the Clerk/Treasurer is responsible for collecting revenues and paying Village expenses.
Block Party requests should also be sent to this office. This can be done via a letter or email. Your request should include the street (including cross streets), date, rain date and contact information for the person making the request. Please note that all block parties need to be approved by the Board, so it's important to submit your request at least 1 month before the date you are requesting. Please note that no approvals for Block Parties or Street Closures are being issued at this time. No Peddler Permits are being issued at this time. |
