KENMORE SENIOR NUTRITION PROGRAM

 

 

The Kenmore Community Center, located at 135 Wilber, will be closed beginning April 8, 2019 for renovations.

 

 

During this time, the Kenmore Senior Nutrition Program will be temporarily relocated to the Tonawanda site at Ensminger Road .

 

 

Kenmore residents can be transported to the Ensminger location using our van service.  The Van service is available for a $1 donation for a round trip.  Advance registration is required.

 

 

 

The Kenmore Community Center Senior Nutrition Program will reopen in late August/early September.

This program provides hot lunches to area seniors Monday through Friday.

 

 

LOCATION

The program operates out of the Kenmore Community Center located at 135 Wilbur Avenue, Kenmore New York. Seniors residing in Erie County, age 60 or older, will enjoy a delicious hot meal Monday through Friday, between the hours of 12 noon and 1:00 p.m.  Please note that the Center is closed for various holidays throughout the year.

Please see the information above.  While the program and van service continue, the location will be the Tonawanda Senior Center while renovations to the Kenmore Community Center take place.

 

 

MEALS

The cost of the meal is a good-will donation of $3.00/day. ADVANCED RESERVATION IS REQUIRED.

Please note that meals are usually not served on federal holidays.

 

TRANSPORTATION

In addition, the Village of Kenmore will be providing van service to and from the Community Center for any Village of Kenmore resident. There is a good will donation of $1.00 round trip for this service. As with the meal reservation, ADVANCED RESERVATION IS REQUIRED
