EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS THREE PERSONNEL MATTERS.
Trustee McCarthy moved to go into Executive Session to discuss two personnel and one litigation matter.
Seconded by Trustee Catalano and adopted by a full vote in the affirmative.
Trustee Catalano moved to end the Executive Session.
Seconded by Trustee McCarthy and adopted by a full vote of all members present.

The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Mayor Mang. The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.
BOARD APPROVED AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF KENMORE AND ERIE COUNTY PERTAINING TO THE SENIOR NUTRITION PROGRAM.
Trustee McCarthy moved to approve an agreement between the Village of Kenmore and Erie County pertaining to the Senior Nutrition Program for the calendar year of 2012.
Seconded by Trustee Catalano and adopted by a full vote in the affirmative.
BOARD APPROVE THE REINSTAEMENT OF TED R. MASSEY AS AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF THE KENMORE VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT.
Trustee Bestine moved to approve the reinstatement of Ted R. Massey of 153 Washington Avenue as an active member of the Kenmore Volunteer Fire Department.
Seconded by Trustee Catalano and adopted by a full vote in the affirmative.
ABSTRACT OF AUDITED VOUCHERS.
Trustee McCarthy offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLVED, that the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized to sign the Abstract of Audited Vouchers dated November 1, 2011, in the amount of $583,583.89; General Fund $454,683.19; Community Development $7,520.00; Water Fund $84,398.31; Sewer Fund $36,982.39 and to direct the Treasurer to pay each of the listed claimants in the amount appearing opposite his/her name.
Seconded by Trustee Catalano and adopted by a full vote in the affirmative.

As no one wished to be heard, the meeting was adjourned.
The next meeting of the Board of Trustees will be November 15, 2011 at 8:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building.
