A Message from the Clerk/Treasurer I am honored to serve as Clerk/Treasurer for the Village of Kenmore. As Kenmore residents, my family and I have always felt great pride in this community and the many services it provides. The emergency services of our Police and Fire Department cannot be beat, and I am proud to work with such dedicated government officials. Everyone working for the Village is committed to providing the very best service to the Kenmore community. | | I have worked for the Village for over 15 years, having served as Acting Justice and as Village Attorney. I have enjoyed all of the positions I have held in the Village and feel that this background has afforded me the opportunity to really know and understand the Village government and the community it serves.
As part of my job, I am fortunate to work very closely with the Mayor and Board of Trustees, village employees, businesses and residents. We are so lucky to have a municipality where there exists such a strong working relationship between all of these people, who are committed to providing quality service to the community and to making Kenmore a great place to live and work.
| | | The Clerk/Treasurer is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day operation of the Village and for compiling the agenda for Board review. All Village records, including minutes, agreements and contracts are maintained in the Clerk's Office. In addition, as the Chief Financial Officer of the Village, the Clerk/Treasurer is responsible for collecting revenues and paying Village expenses.
As Registrar, I am responsible for maintaining all records of birth and death in the Village.

We also accept applications for village employment and funding through the Community Development Block Grant Program, as well as taking requests for information through Freedom of Information Law (FOIL). This is also the office to contact should you require a Sump pump certificate in order to facilitate the transfer of your home.
I am also happy to conduct tours for schools and service organizations. Tours include information about the Village government and viewing various Village offices located in the Municipal Building. Interested parties should contact this office (873-5700) for more information.
